This room is built for kids to have fun in and is especially helpful with lots of sensory opportunities. Many studies show that people (especially exceptional kids) who have the opportunity to move, swing, and surround themselves, are able to open up pathways to interaction, communication, and engagement more easily.

The blue room helps produce a deep level of relaxation and encourages calm emotional responses and behaviors. Soft sounds of water play in the background while the child reads, writes, or rests.
